Located at the heart of Edmonton's Franco-Albertan community, this proposed design explores the possibility of developing on a corner lot near a vibrant and diverse street node within the community of Bonnie Doon.

The proposal considers a mixed-use of residential on the 2nd and 3rd levels, while offering a flexible ground floor space to accommodate a range of non-residential uses along the street, which help to unify the walkable streetscape and encourage activity.

The development seeks to meet the demands of the ‘Missing Middle’ housing spectrum, which greatly diversify the choices available for households of a different age, size, and income.
