A simple contemporary architectural aesthetic, clean lines and a pared down palette of natural materials provides warmth, comfort and prospect from which to experience views to Edmonton's vast river valley.

With the main living area open on three sides, the space functions like a terrace that extends from inside to outside to connect with the site and expand the home's livable areas, basking in the glow of the south facing light.
